ON-SITE CONSULTATION
The first step is a free on-site consultation where we will meet in person to discuss your ideas and vision, and take meticulous measurements. We use advanced software to make sure the measurements and estimates are extremely precise.

THE DESIGN PHASE
If your project is straightforward, we will create a simple 2d design in house for free. If it's complex, or you need services that we can't do in house, we will refer you to our partner designers to complete the design phase. We also offer 3d designs for an additional fee.

PROJECT ESTIMATE
We will prepare and present a detailed construction estimate. The difference is in the details with Kairos Outdoor Living. We ensure the most accurate construction estimate so there will be no surprise costs during your project.

PROJECT PLANNING
We will create a comprehensive plan, considering every detail from paver selection to patterns, and logistics for a smooth construction phase.

CONSTRUCTION
Now for the exciting part—the construction of your landscape project! This is a white glove service - all you have to do is watch your yard transform. We take care of everything for you from ordering materials, having underground utilities marked, construction, and clean up.
