We deeply value our relationships with our vendors, and we deliberately choose to only work with suppliers who provide consistently high quality materials and service. All of the suppliers we use offer exceptional warranties on their products. We have dedicated sales representatives with each vendor, ensuring a smooth process for you if any problems arise.

We are a Belgard Authorized Contractor, meaning our work has been evaluated and approved by the manufacturer, and we have proven that we install top quality of work.
We are not just another landscaping company, we are hardscaping specialists. We take training seriously, and believe in following the industry set guidelines for installing projects correctly so they will last. We have members on our team that are certified in pavers installations by ICPI & retaining wall installations by NCMA (both now CMHA- Concrete Masonry Hardscape Association).
We deliver outdoor living and landscape solutions for homeowners with paver patios, driveways, walkways, fire features, retaining walls, seat walls, and outdoor lighting among other services to help homeowners find solutions for troublesome areas of their yard so they can use and enjoy them.
We are centrally located in Maple Valley, and serve various Washington neighborhoods from Olympia to Seattle, including Maple Valley, Hobart, Covington, Black Diamond, Renton, Auburn, Kent, North Bend, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, Redmond, Sammamish, Olympia, Lacey, Dupont, Tacoma, Federal Way, Tukwila, Des Moines, Bothell, Kirkland, Woodinville, Duvall, and the various cities in between.

Our build crews consist of all in house employees. We never use sub contractors for installations we know how to do in house. We pride ourselves on being a place that our employees are proud to work, and are well taken care of. Most of our employees stay with us for 4+ years. Not only are they very hard workers and skilled at what they do, but you will always find them with smiling faces and positive attitudes.
Meet the Guerra's
Meet Kevin and Jody Guerra, the heart and soul behind our company. Kevin, originally from Honduras, leverages his skills in diesel mechanics to solve complex problems with precision. Known for his exceptional listening skills and attention to detail, Kevin is the estimator and project manager you'll meet directly.
Jody, a proud native of the Pacific Northwest, brings her diverse background in human services, law, and real estate to the table, helping with estimates and project planning. Her love of human connection, and for her state and its beauty inspires her commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Together, they're dedicated to upholding their core values of integrity, excellence, and community contribution. Their passion extends beyond business; it radiates through their family. Their children, Lily who dreams of becoming an artist and "paint pavers", and Michael who aspires to build "really big parks with daddy" occasionally join them on projects, adding an extra touch of family warmth.
